2005 | Company Establishment
We founded Shanghai Baiyin Cable Co., Ltd. with a focus on high-performance wires and cables, dedicated to delivering reliable connection solutions for high-end electronic and electrical systems. Since our establishment, we have concentrated on the design and manufacturing of radio frequency (RF) and microwave cables, establishing our core strategic direction of "technology-driven development".
2005 – 2010 | Technology Accumulation Stage
We deepened our presence in the special cable sector, focusing on the R&D and manufacturing of PTFE and other fluoroplastic-insulated wires and cables. During this period, we gradually built a solid technical foundation for high-temperature, high-frequency, and high-reliability cables. We also initially developed a product portfolio of RF cables and equipment installation cables, serving the instrumentation and basic industrial sectors. Meanwhile, we established a stable customer base in communications, industrial automation, and equipment manufacturing, with our product reliability and consistency gaining market recognition.
2010 – 2015 | Product Expansion and Industry Application
Starting in 2010, we began offering customized solutions for ultra-fine semi-rigid cables and flexible low-loss microwave cables to industrial clients, which we widely deployed in microwave medical treatment, semiconductor testing, and cryogenic measurement applications. We successfully developed 110GHz cable assemblies, cryogenic test cable assemblies, and integrated signal control cables, all of which earned positive market feedback.
2015 – 2020 | Breakthrough in High-End Cables
We increased our R&D investment and achieved significant breakthroughs in high-performance microwave and RF cables, focusing on the development of ultra-fine semi-rigid cables, phase-stable RF cables, high-power flexible cables, and low-loss microwave cables. Our products then expanded into high-demand fields such as aviation, aerospace, national defense electronics, and high-end test equipment.
2020 – Present | Professionalization and Global Development
We continue to advance material and process innovation, fully integrating high-performance materials such as PTFE, FEP, PFA, ETFE, PVDF, and polyimide to form a comprehensive portfolio of special cables.
We have built up significant strengths in microwave and RF cable design, flexible medical cables (for microwave ablation applications), high-temperature and high-voltage cables, and custom specialty cables. Additionally, we regularly participate in industry exhibitions such as the IME/China Microwave Antenna Exhibition, CMEF, and Medtec Medical Exhibition. Through ongoing industry exchanges and showcases, we continuously enhance our technological influence and brand visibility.
