Production Line

1. Raw Material Selection & Incoming Inspection

High-grade oxygen-free copper / electrolytic copper, high-strength alloy copper wires, and high-performance silver-plated copper wires / alloy wires are selected. Premium high-performance insulating materials such as PTFE/FEP/PFA from top-tier brands are preferred. Each batch undergoes rigorous testing for conductivity, tensile strength, temperature resistance, and dielectric constant to ensure reliability from the source.

2. Precision Conductor Forming

Layered stranding and annealing are performed per specifications, with precise control over pitch, outer diameter, and electrical resistance. This lays a stable electrical foundation for our microwave coaxial cables and aerospace wires.

3. Advanced Insulation Coating

Using high-precision extrusion and sintering processes, we uniformly apply high-temperature-resistant, high-voltage-resistant, low-loss insulation layers. Real-time online monitoring of thickness, concentricity, and voltage withstand indicators is implemented to meet the precision signal transmission requirements of phase-stable microwave components and high-temperature cables. 

4. Multi-layer Protection Molding

We configure braided/composite shielding structures as needed to resist electromagnetic interference, and extrude weather-resistant, corrosion-resistant outer sheaths. This enhances durability for harsh environments such as aerospace and semiconductor testing.

5. Precision Component Assembly

For customized microwave components and special harnesses, we perform precise wire cutting, stripping, and military-grade crimping/soldering, then assemble connectors and fix the harness layout to ensure interface matching and stable connections.

6. Comprehensive Performance Testing

Each product undergoes strict electrical performance tests (voltage, impedance, phase stability, attenuation, etc.) and environmental reliability tests (high/low temperature, vibration, bending, etc.). Key products are 100% fully inspected to comply with military and high-end industry standards.

7. Finished Product Packaging & Delivery

We use anti-static and moisture-proof packaging with batch information labeling for full traceability. Customized logistics solutions are provided to global customers to ensure safe delivery of high-performance cables.
