Inner Conductor Fabrication:

We select high-purity oxygen-free copper rods as raw materials, which undergo multi-channel precision drawing and vacuum annealing. This process ensures the conductor achieves precise dimensional control and excellent electrical conductivity, laying a solid foundation for stable signal transmission.

Insulation Layer Formation:

The insulation layer is crafted from polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), a high-performance solid dielectric. Through high-temperature extrusion and continuous sintering, a dense and uniform insulation coating is formed. This structure guarantees low signal loss and exceptional long-term stability, meeting the stringent demands of high-frequency applications.

Outer Conductor Welding & Stretching:

The core process features copper tape longitudinal lapping, laser seamless welding, and multi-pass diameter sizing and stretching. This technique enables the outer conductor to closely fit the insulation layer, resulting in a rigid structure with superior shielding performance, which effectively resists external electromagnetic interference.

Surface Treatment & Inspection:

The finished cables undergo precision cleaning, passivation treatment, and accurate straightening. Prior to delivery, they are subjected to comprehensive performance tests, including characteristic impedance, standing wave ratio (VSWR), and attenuation. Only products that pass all inspections are released, ensuring full compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
