The QL xxxx SBK 1-4 TPC series are industrial and aerospace-grade shielded jacketed cables designed for stable signal and low-voltage power transmission in harsh environments. Reference with SAE-AS22759 and NEMA-WC27500 standards, these cables adopt electrolytic tin-plated copper conductors, ETFE insulation, FEP outer jacket and tin-plated copper braided shielding. Provided with single core, twisted pair, twisted triple and twisted quad structures, they feature wide temperature resistance, high voltage rating and strong anti-interference performance, widely used in industrial control, aerospace, rail transit and mili tary electronic systems.

Our QL xxxx SBK 1-4 TPC shielded jacketed cables are built to meet international aerospace and industrial standards, delivering reliable performance for mission-critical wiring. With a wide temperature range of -90°C to +155°C, they remain stable in extreme low and high temperature conditions where standard cables fail. The 600V AC rating supports both precision control signals and low-voltage power, greatly improving application flexibility. The electrolytic tin-plated copper conductor ensures strong solderability and long-term oxidation resistance, while ETFE insulation and FEP jacket deliver exceptional wear, oil and chemical resistance for extended durability. In addition, the availability of single core, twisted pair, and triple core configurations allows optimized performance for both power and signal transmission, especially in applications requiring enhanced noise resistance and compact design.
