The AF250-3Q is a high-quality mili tary-grade hook-up wire manufactured to GJB 1640 specifications. It features a nickel-plated copper conductor with extruded PTFE insulation, designed for reliable performance in demanding environments.This wire is rated for 250V AC and can operate continuously at 250°C, with short-term exposure up to 300°C. The PTFE insulation provides excellent protection against soldering iron heat, preventing shrinkage or damage during installation.It is widely used in electrical connections for instruments and electronic devices operating under high-temperature, low-temperature, or chemically harsh conditions.
Nickel-Plated Conductor: The nickel plated copper provides better oxidation resistance at high temperatures, ensuring stable performance and longer service life in heat-intensive applications.
PTFE Insulation: Offers good flexibility, resistance to repeated bending, and helps absorb vibration in moving parts or high-shock environments.
Wide Temperature Range: Works reliably from -60°C to 250°C, with the ability to handle brief temperature spikes up to 300°C without insulation damage.
