Baiyin M22759/9 (SAE AS22759/9) is a high-voltage mili tary spec aerospace wire engineered to meet the dual standards of MIL-W-22759/9 and SAE AS22759/9, exclusively designed for 1000V medium-high voltage power transmission systems. Manufactured in Shanghai, China, this product features a silver plated copper conductor (solid or stranded optional) and extruded PTFE insulation, delivering ultra-high electrical conductivity, extreme temperature resistance and superior chemical corrosion resistance. Unlike low-voltage aviation wire series, M22759/9 is optimized for cross-industry high-power applications including aerospace, power systems, heating equipment, automotive and industrial electronics, with strict production control and material selection to ensure reliable performance in harsh working environments. As a core product of Baiyin high-voltage mili tary spec cables, it fully meets the technical requirements of SAE and mili tary standards, and provides flexible customization for conductor type and color to meet diverse customer needs.
Exceptional Dielectric Strength: PTFE offers a high volume resistivity and low dielectric loss, ensuring excellent insulation and high breakdown voltage unaffected by frequency or environmental changes.
Flame Resistance & Self-Extinguishing: The insulation is inherently non-flammable. In the event of a fire, it will not propagate flames and self-extinguishes immediately upon removal of the ignition source.
Superior Chemical Resistance: PTFE is inert to nearly all chemicals and solvents, including concentrated acids, bases, and hydrocarbons.
M22759/9 is ideal for 1000V high voltage high-power transmission scenarios across aerospace, industrial power, industrial heating, special vehicles, high-power electronics and building engineering, applicable to aircraft APU, industrial high-power equipment, electric heating furnaces, new energy heavy trucks, industrial frequency converters and high-rise building high-power electrical systems wiring, featuring silver-plated copper high conductivity and PTFE insulation with extreme temperature/chemical resistance for stable operation in harsh working conditions.
