The SR-034-TP is a 0.034 inch (0.86mm) tin-plated semi-rigid coaxial cable engineered for applications where environmental resistance is as critical as electrical performance. This UT-034-TP alternative cable shares the same core construction as our standard SR-034—including the SCCS center conductor and PTFE dielectric—but features a seamless copper tube outer conductor with a tin plated finish. The tin plating provides superior corrosion resistance in marine, coastal, and high humidity environments where bare copper would oxidize and degrade over time. The silver plated copper clad steel (SCCS) center conductor delivers mechanical strength for permanent forming while maintaining excellent conductivity. With 155 GHz higher order mode cutoff frequency and 2100V voltage withstanding, this microwave cable supports demanding applications through 90 GHz. Operating temperature ranges from -55°C to +125°C with full RoHS compliance.
0.034 inch (0.86mm) diameter – Industry standard size compatible with precision connectors
SCCS center conductor – Silver plated copper clad steel for mechanical stability and conductivity
Seamless Tinned copper outer conductor – Superior corrosion resistance for harsh environments
155 GHz higher order mode cutoff – Clean propagation through 90 GHz with margin
2100V voltage withstanding – Suitable for high power RF applications
±1.5 Ohm impedance tolerance – Precision matched for critical applications
-55°C to +125°C operating range – Reliable across temperature environments
Tin plating withstands salt spray – Extended service life in marine environments
Connector options – Bare ends, SMA, 2.92mm, custom connectors and terminations
10 meter minimum order – Low MOQ for projects and production
