M27500 Type TG and TH multi‑core cables are shielded and jacketed assemblies featuring extruded ETFE (Ethylene Tetrafluoroethylene) outer jackets, constructed around MIL‑W‑22759/18 or /19 individual wires. Designed for optimized weight and space efficiency, these component wires utilize thin‑wall extruded ETFE insulation, significantly reducing overall diameter and mass compared to conventional medium‑wall cables. They are available with two conductor options: tin‑plated copper for cost‑effective general‑purpose applications (Type TG), or silver‑plated high‑strength copper alloy for enhanced mechanical durability, electrical performance, and resistance to vibration and flexing (Type TH). Fully shielded and protected by a robust ETFE jacket, M27500 TG/TH cables deliver reliable electrical integrity, excellent environmental resistance, and consistent performance in demanding aerospace, mili tary, and high‑density industrial wiring environments.
