M27500 Type TE and TF multi-core cables are shielded and jacketed assemblies featuring extruded ETFE (Ethylene Tetrafluoroethylene) outer jackets, built with MIL-W-22759/16 or /17 individual component wires. Each wire is insulated with durable extruded ETFE, delivering reliable electrical performance and excellent mechanical strength. Two conductor options are available: tin-plated copper (Type TE) for general-purpose, cost-effective applications, and silver-plated high-strength copper alloy (Type TF) for superior conductivity, enhanced durability, and resistance to repeated bending and mechanical stress. Designed for high-reliability environments, these ETFE-insulated cables offer outstanding abrasion resistance, thermal stability, and long-term performance, making them ideal for aerospace, mili tary electronics, and industrial systems where durability and consistent signal integrity are essential.
