Product Description

Shanghai Bing Cable provides ultra-fine Type T thermocouple wires built with copper-constantan conductors and polyimide (PI) insulation. They are applicable to precision temperature measurement systems with limited installation space, sensitive thermal inertia and requirements for stable temperature feedback. The product adopts a twin parallel structure, with the minimum conductor diameter reaching 0.08 mm and the smallest finished size around 0.10 × 0.20 mm. Compared with conventional thermocouple wires, it is easier to be laid inside medical probes, miniature sensors, semiconductor test fixtures, precision instruments and microelectronic assemblies.
