Product Description
Baiyin M16878/4 is a general-purpose electronic hook-up wire, featuring a silver-plated copper conductor and a single layer of extruded polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) insulation. Compliant with U.S. standard NEMA HP-3 TYPE E, this wire is rated for 600V AC and has a long-term operating temperature range of -60℃ to +200℃. The PTFE insulation ensures high reliability, along with excellent thermal stability, chemical resistance, and protection against abrasion and solvents.

  • High Dielectric Strength:PTFE insulation provides excellent dielectric properties, with low dielectric loss and high breakdown voltage.

  • Wide Temperature Range:PTFE insulation material can be used continuously from -190°C to +260°C, and withstands short-term exposure up to 300°C. It is inherently non-flammable and self-extinguishing when the flame source is removed.

  • Outstanding Chemical Resistance:PTFE is virtually inert to almost all chemical reagents except molten alkali metals. It exhibits no weight or performance change even when boiled in concentrated sulfuric acid, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, or aqua regia.

  • Superior Weather Resistance:PTFE does not absorb moisture, is non-flammable, and is extremely stable against oxygen and ultraviolet radiation, ensuring excellent weatherability.
