This Type T ultra-fine miniature thermocouple wire adopts twin parallel structure and polyimide insulation with ultra-fine wire diameter. Available in 0.08mm/0.102mm/0.127mm high-precision temperature measuring wires, it enables easy wiring inside miniature equipment without affecting the overall structural design, ideal for semiconductor and laboratory use. The Type T ultra-fine thermocouple wire with polyimide insulation layer is applicable to miniature temperature sensors. It adopts copper-constantan (Type T thermocouple) conductors and outer polyimide (PI) high-temperature insulating material, featuring excellent high temperature resistance, flexibility and signal stability. Equipped with ultra-fine conductors and Type T thermocouple structure, it reduces thermal inertia, accelerates thermal response speed and realizes faster and more stable temperature feedback.
