This Type T ultra-fine miniature thermocouple wire adopts twin parallel structure and polyimide insulation with ultra-fine wire diameter. Available in 0.08mm/0.102mm/0.127mm high-precision temperature measuring wires, it enables easy wiring inside miniature equipment without affecting the overall structural design, ideal for semiconductor and laboratory use. The Type T ultra-fine thermocouple wire with polyimide insulation layer is applicable to miniature temperature sensors. It adopts copper-constantan (Type T thermocouple) conductors and outer polyimide (PI) high-temperature insulating material, featuring excellent high temperature resistance, flexibility and signal stability. Equipped with ultra-fine conductors and Type T thermocouple structure, it reduces thermal inertia, accelerates thermal response speed and realizes faster and more stable temperature feedback. It is suitable for industrial and scientific research scenarios requiring tiny space, precise temperature measurement, miniature sensors, microelectronic products, medical equipment, semiconductor equipment, precision instruments and high response speed.
