Our HRF150A-WB Medical Coaxial Cable is a precision-engineered low loss micro RF cable designed exclusively for high-demanding medical and electronic applications—including microwave ablation of varicose veins, ultrasonic medical equipment and high-frequency signal transmission systems. Rated at 1000V with a 50 Ohm characteristic impedance and extreme temperature tolerance of -55°C to +200°C, it combines solid PTFE insulation, a 92% coverage braided outer conductor and a clear FEP jacket for signal integrity, flexibility and durability.
High-Strength Inner Conductor: Silver-plated copper alloy or copper-clad steel construction provides superior tensile strength and pushability for intravascular navigation.
Ultra-Flexible Design:Minimum 10 mm bend radius enables smooth tracking through tortuous vessel anatomy without signal degradation.
Medical-Grade Materials: PTFE insulation and FEP jacket offer excellent biocompatibility, chemical resistance, and high-temperature tolerance (up to +200°C).
Excellent RF Performance: Engineered for 50 ohm impedance with low attenuation at microwave frequencies (915 MHz / 2450 MHz).
Robust Shielding: 92% braided coverage minimizes electromagnetic interference and prevents energy leakage during microwave ablation.
Transparent Jacket: Clear FEP allows visual inspection of shield integrity prior to use.
