The ET xxxx Y SB Series is a high-performance 250V Shielded Instrumentation Cable engineered for extreme thermal environments. Designed to operate continuously from -90°C to +200°C, it is the ideal solution for aerospace, defense, and industrial applications where standard cables would fail due to heat or chemical exposure.

This series features a conductor of electrolytic silver-plated annealed copper (SPC). The silver plating is critical for high-frequency performance, as it minimizes the "skin effect" and prevents high-temperature oxidation, ensuring stable signal transmission and low attenuation in demanding conditions.

The cable utilizes a specialized insulation system combining PTFE insulation with a Polyimide separating tape. This design offers superior dielectric strength and mechanical protection, while the braided silver-plated copper shield provides 100% coverage against electromagnetic interference (EMI).

Manufactured to NEMA-HP3 and NEMA-WC27500 specifications, the series is available in SB1 (single core), SB2 (twisted pair), and SB3 (twisted triple) configurations. This versatility ensures reliable performance for avionics data buses, sensor inputs, and precision instrumentation circuits.
